I love the fresh masculine energy in this post! St Ignatius of Loyola would totally approve of the desire (but to keep us humble, wise spiritual director that he was, he would probably insist we perform less than we wanted, and offer up the frustration instead)
As beneficial as the Rosary may be as a private devotion, saying it during a public prayer of the Church's liturgical life serves to undermine the laity's sense of ownership of that life, it atrophies that ownershio muscle, and makes the laity more passive, more easy to manipulate and simply not question when changes are made by the Pope, bishops and priests. The clerics are, after all, the ones in charge, the ones who make up the.perfect society, the ones with.an indelible mark that puts them in a separate caste. So that when they make changes, the laity, now fully bereft of their senus fidelium, take all liturgical changes obediently, and just pray, pay and obey. To question any change to anything liturgical is to question the dogmatic power vested in the Pope by Pastor Aeternus. Which is the dogma used by Card Turcho to enforce the SSPX to not ordain more bishops.

Yes: the Popes have encouraged three ways to most effectively head Mass.
1) Follow along in your Missal
2) Pray the Rosary
3) Meditating on the Passion of Our Lord
